1. When you reach the view cart page, print out the form.
2. Make sure your name, address, and email address are written clearly on the form.
3. Make your money order payable to PET
4. Mail your money order and form to:

5. Send an email to peternalcandles.com stating your name, address, and date that you mailed the money order.

Return Policy:

• Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please notify peternalcandles within 48 hours of receipt.
• Merchandise must be received within 7 days of providing a return aurthorization number or it will be refused.
• You will be notified where to return your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.
• Personalized items are understandably non refundable.
• In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipping please notify peternalcandles@aol.com within 48 hours to process an exchange.
